OAXACA - Traditional Mexican cuisine

OAXACA is the new project of SAGARDI Group based on traditional Mexican cuisine in Barcelona. We organized a press brunch with key journalists, specialized in gastro, trends and lifestyle, to present them the new restaurant and the menu, created by chefs Joan Bagur and Carmen Ramírez Degollado. We also managed encounters with gastronomic critics and bloggers to try the menu. OAXACA achieved a great coverage, with the publication of articles talking about the restaurant and interviews with the chefs both in newspapers and radio stations.
