Arenalia Press Open Days

Overview
In Arenalia we organize our Press Days twice a year, in Madrid and Barcelona, to showcase our brand’s new collections and have a nice meeting with the media, bloggers and fashion opinion leaders.

Objectives
  • Present the new collections to the media, bloggers and influencers.
  • Meet with the journalists in a calm and pleasant way.
  • Strengthen brand’s relationship with the journalists and key leaders.
  • Transmit and upgrade the new trends.
  • Increase brands’ notoriety.

Strategy
  • We organize the presentations in May and November to show Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer, respectively.
  • There are two editions, in Madrid and Barcelona. This way we can show the collections to all the relevant media in Fashion, Lifestyle, Trends, Sports, Music, Bloggers and others. 
  • The location is nice, wide, diaphanous and luminous. We assure that each brand has its own suitable space and that the product is showcased in optimum conditions. 
  • We invite all the media and follow-up some days before the presentation, in order to get confirmations. 
  • We customize each brand’s corner to make a difference and bring freshness. 
  • We explain the new collections, inspirations and insights of each brand. We want to generate media interest and a recall.

Results
  • More than 180 attendees between journalists, bloggers and influencers.
  • Shoppings in situ and later that become press clippings.
  • Press clippings in Spain’s Top magazines and online media.
  • Feedback of all the collections.
  • Collaboration and advertisement opportunities.
